Between 18:28 and 19:02 CEST on 13 October 2026, some AI agent responses were slower than usual and a small number of requests failed. The cause was a temporary capacity issue with an upstream service.

The issue has been resolved and all services have been operating normally since 19:02 CEST. No data was lost. We have taken measures to reduce the impact of similar events in the future.
